Refund & Exchange Policy

TRENDY GANG LIFESTYLE team would like to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase and experience. To assist in the event a customer would like to refund or exchange an item the below terms and conditions will be applicable.

REFUNDS

YOU CAN REQUEST A REFUND ON AN ITEM WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. A REFUND WILL ONLY TAKE PLACE GIVEN THE ITEM FOR EXCHANGE IS IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED AND MEETS THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:

  1. No Branding on it (your name, logo etc)

  2. Unworn

  3. Undamaged

  4. Unwashed

  5. Original price tags attached

Please note the cost of shipping to exchange an item will be for the customer's account. You are also welcome to exchange items bought online at your closest TRENDY GANG LIFESTYLE store for free.

EXCHANGES 

YOU CAN EXCHANGE AN ITEM WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. AN EXCHANGE WILL ONLY TAKE PLACE GIVEN THE ITEM FOR EXCHANGE IS IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED AND MEETS THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:

DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY 

We at TRENDY GANG LIFESTYLE do our best to ensure that we send items that are of high quality and without defects. A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture. The following will not be considered as defective:

  1. Faults resulting from normal wear and tear

  2. Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product .

  3. Faults resulting from the customer giving incorrect information e.g. Size, colour etc

On return of the item, we will assess the validity of the defect, if found to be defective we will replace it with the same item. If stock is not available we will replace it with another item of the same value when purchased or issue you with a TRENDY GANG LIFESTYLE gift card for the amount paid.

The Process

For in-store returns

Simply head to your nearest TRENDY GANG LIFESTYLE store to return or exchange your order for free. 

 

For online returns

Click the profile icon in the TRENDY GANG LIFESTYLE Menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

Log in to your account:

1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. You'll receive an email with a 6 digit code to login to your customer account. 

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

7. Click Request return. We'll receive your return request and action it accordingly.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned we'll be in touch to chat about your refund or exchange. Please note that we do charge a R260 return/exchange fee for all online returns or exchanges.
